Leadership Tallahassee (LT) is a year-long for adults that educates and motivates experienced and emerging leaders to actively seek positive and constructive changes in their community by taking on leadership roles. Through monthly day-long programs that focus on topics such as justice, business, economic development, and the arts, participants build relationships with fellow classmates to identify issues, enhance problem-solving skills and grow leadership abilities through shared perspectives and working together. The selection process is competitive and qualified applicants must have demonstrated leadership capabilities in the public or private sector or show a desire to contribute even more to the Tallahassee community. LT graduates are some of our community’s most respected and influential leaders and include elected officials, judges, CEOs of major companies and EDs of key non-profits.
