Temporary Closure of Museum of Florida History

Beginning Monday, April 6, 2015 the Museum of Florida History will be closing its main gallery as part of an ongoing renovation project at the R. A. Gray Building. The Museum lobby will remain accessible and includes the Florida Highwaymen Paintings, Florida’s History Shop, and the Egg Express Café. All other areas will be closed until July 2015. Upon reopening in July, the Museum will have an addition to the permanent exhibit, Forever Changed: La Florida 1513–1821. This addition is the second half of the Forever Changed exhibit, which opened in 2012.
