2022 Talent Forum: Hidden Sources of Talent

Building and maintaining a sustainable talent pipeline is crucial for any business community. With recruiting for skilled labor continuing to be one of the main focuses for employers, many companies are still looking for ways to fill vacant positions. In an effort to help promote diversity and innovation in the workplace, the Chamber strongly encourages businesses to consider hiring individuals from special populations, including justice-involved, those with different abilities, and refugees/immigrants.

Join us at the 2022 Chamber Talent Forum where we will explore these three populations locally and how businesses can engage with these untapped sources of talent as well as resources available for employers.
