ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager Class & Exam

A Test with Confidence Package that includes a 4-hour review of basic food safety principles and changes to the 2013 Food Code. We strongly recommend all students study the Manager Review Guide before attending the review class. Review starts at 9:00 am and is followed by Florida approved ANSI-CFP accredited ServSafe Food Protection Manager’s Exam. The Exam begins at 2:00 pm and is a 2-hour timed test.
Please be advised: any student who purchases a Test with Confidence Package two weeks in advance of the exam date, attends the full Review Class and takes the Exam, and then calls us in two weeks at 866-372-7233 to check their score, may retake the Review Class and Exam a second time for free should they not pass on their first attempt.
Class and Exam are at Lively Technical Center. Cost is $130 for FRLA members and $150 for nonmembers.
