Show off your hometown pride this Friday, July 10, at the All-America City Celebration at Cascades. From 6 – 8 p.m., the City of Tallahassee is hosting a community event to celebrate its recent designation as an All-America City (AAC) by the National Civic League. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy family-friendly fun. There will be all-American foods, such as hot dogs and watermelon, and performances on the amphitheater stage. At 7 p.m., there will be a special ceremony recognizing the three key programs that are examples of how our community works together to solve problems: Cascades Park, Distinguished Young Gentlemen (DYG) and Neighborhood Reach.
