Full Earth Farm, established in 2009, is a Certified Naturally Grown diversified vegetable farm in Quincy, Fl. Farmers Katie and Aaron grow a wide variety of vegetables for most of the year and sell through CSA, area restaurants, at Market Square on Saturdays and through the RHO Market (www.rhomarket.com). They learned from the best, apprenticing at Turkey Hill Farm for a year before starting the farm. Since then, the farm has grown and Katie and Louise (Turkey Hill Farm) helped form the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance of which they are now Co-Directors. Soil health is the top priority at Full Earth Farm where they use farm made compost and several acres of cover crops every year, which acts as their main source of fertilizer. No non-organic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers are ever used on the farm.
