Fitness Pro with presenting sponsor Premier Health & Fitness Center will be hosting the 1st Annual Find Your Fitness Expo and 1 mile Fun Run. This event will be a FREE fun-filled interactive experience. The purpose is to provide the community with an opportunity to see, touch and feel what health and fitness options are available in Tallahassee in one convenient location. It will be interactive so bring you shoes and workout ready clothes. A free fun 1 mile run/walk will start the expo off with a bang! After that great warm up through the beautiful Cascades Park, fitness professionals from all over Tallahassee will be encouraging you to come try out what they do best, help you get to a healthier happier you. There will also be food and entertainment and fun for all ages. So come out and Find Your Fitness!
