The newest offering in our Leadership Institute programming, this event will focus on leadership conversations with local, state and nationally recognized figures whose leadership qualities have set them apart. During the event you will hear first-hand the challenges and triumphs that they’ve faced over the course of their careers.
Using a three sector connector approach, the speakers will represent the following areas: for-profit, non-profit, and public. In addition to the leader talks, each of the speakers will engage in a one-on-one conversation with TCC President, Jim Murdaugh, regarding key traits that successful leaders embody. Guests will have the opportunity to contribute to the conversation while gathering key take-aways to advance their own leadership development.
