The Florida Association of Area Agencies on Aging (F4A) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Bretz, MSW as its new President. A Tallahassee resident since 1991, she attended Florida State University’s College of Social Work where she earned her undergraduate and graduate degree. She has been employed with Advantage Aging Solutions for over 27 years and was appointed Executive Director in 2014. The F4A is comprised of leaders of the eleven Area Agencies on Aging in Florida who work closely with the State of Florida Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA) to streamline access to programs and services for seniors and their caregivers.
Why I joined the Chamber
“The Chamber plays a crucial role in local talent retention. We proudly handed the Tally Job Hop over to them in 2016, and we are pleased with the way they have developed it. The event has resulted in strong hires not only for Diverse Computing, but other local small businesses as well. It’s clear that the Chamber is committed to exposing students to all of the diverse opportunities that Tallahassee has to offer. And it’s programs like these that will ensure the continued growth and development of our city.”
