Six-Sigma Green Belt Training Class: Process Management

If you are looking for a way to train your upcoming leaders and build your internal capacity with no associated travel costs, consider the Six-Sigma Green Belt training that the Florida Sterling Council is offering again this winter.  I would suggest that you register one or more to do an actual project in your organization that you want to address right away.  To receive their certification, the attendees must complete a project in their own organization.  Please see below and click on the links to obtain detailed information on this exceptional class offered at a great rate!  Please note that his class is limited to 20 attendees and fills quickly.

Six-Sigma Green Belt Training (Tallahassee) Class
The Florida Sterling Council and Steve Dickinson of Practical Quality Services, Inc, have teamed up again to offer a Six-Sigma Green Belt (Certification) training opportunity. The Green Belt curriculum is designed to provide the Green Belt candidate with the skills and tools to design and implement Business Process Management and Process Improvement in their organization.  This curriculum is based on the practical tools and skills most used in today’s business environment to obtain the most improvement in work methods.  The curriculum consists of 3 parts:

  • Part 1 – Process Management (November 29-30, 2012)
  • Part 2 – Rapid Process Improvement Method (December 10-14, 2012 OR January 7-11, 2013)
  • Part 3 – DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) Analytical Problem Solving Method (January 16-18 AND February 6-8, 2013)
