Six-Sigma Green Belt Training (Tallahassee) Class
The Florida Sterling Council and Steve Dickinson of Practical Quality Services, Inc, have teamed up again to offer a Six-Sigma Green Belt (Certification) training opportunity. The Green Belt curriculum is designed to provide the Green Belt candidate with the skills and tools to design and implement Business Process Management and Process Improvement in their organization. This curriculum is based on the practical tools and skills most used in today’s business environment to obtain the most improvement in work methods. The curriculum consists of 3 parts:
- Part 1 – Process Management (November 29-30, 2012)
- Part 2 – Rapid Process Improvement Method (December 10-14, 2012 OR January 7-11, 2013)
- Part 3 – DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) Analytical Problem Solving Method (January 16-18 AND February 6-8, 2013)
