Thinking about starting a business? Have you just started out or committed to the idea of starting a business? This workshop will outline and discuss the basics of starting. This workshop scratches the surface of what it takes to run a business and gives you a good introduction to some of the services the SBDC offers that you may need to utilize in the future. Sample topics include legal formations, license and permits, steps to starting out right, business plans, marketing, sales, and selecting a location.
