Florida’s first Chicken Salad Chick is coming to Tallahassee and is slated to open in February. Located at 1410 Market Street, just off Thomasville Road, the fast-casual restaurant will celebrate its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, Feb. 28 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Guests will have an opportunity to taste all 15 flavors and enjoy wine and hors d’oeuvres.
The first Chicken Salad Chick (www.chickensaladchick.com) was founded in Auburn, Alabama five years ago. Since then, the restaurant concept has blossomed across the southeast. Everyone has a favorite flavor of chicken salad and we have something for every palate. Made fresh daily, our fifteen different “chicks” include everything from fruits and nuts to bacon, ranch dressing and even jalapeno. Whether you like traditional or want to spice things up a bit, we offer something for everyone. We also serve homemade sides that include fresh broccoli salad, grape salad, pasta salad, fresh fruit and a cookie of the day. Not a chicken salad lover? Don’t worry! For those who may want something different, we also serve pimento cheese, delicious gourmet soups, and ham, turkey and roast beef sandwiches.
