BPW Tallahassee invites you to SUPPORT THE GIRLS! at the 4th Annual Breast Cancer Walk About!
Ways to Participate and Help Raise Funds
1. Decorate a Bra
Drop off your decorated bra with a $10 donation at any Capital
City Bank location or contact Yolanda Miranda-Hill at 850-559-
2578 for more information. All types of bras are accepted for this
event (big, little, padded, underwire, training or running). Bras
must be received by May 12th to be included in the display.
2. Bring your Friends
Invite your friends and colleagues to join BPW/Tallahassee for its
4th Annual Breast Cancer Walk About. Kick-off Memorial Weekend
in partnership with locally-owned businesses of Orleans@
Midtown, The Front Poarch, and 5th Avenue Tap Room.
3. Walk About
Visit the Orleans@Midtown shops from 5:30 to 7:00 pm for light
appetizers, beverages and to view the decorated bras.
4. Celebrate with the Winners
The event finale will be a 7:30 p.m. reception at the 5th Avenue
Tap Room, complete with themed goodies, door prizes and music
in the breeze way.
5. Vote for a Bra
Vote on your favorite bra(s) and help us raise funds.* Bras decorated
by local artists, community supporters, and BPW Tallahassee
members. As you Walk About with friends and visit event business
hosts, vote for your favorite bra(s). The winning bra will represent
BPW Tallahassee at our State Conference.
Tickets to vote on the bras are $1 each and available for purchase
at any of the Orleans@Midtown shops:

– Cole Couture
– The Front Porch
– Vocelles
– Wine Loft
*All proceeds go to replenish the BPW Florida Breast Cancer Fund which provides a $250 grant to individuals diagnosed with breast cancer.
