Meet Jim Gallo:
Jim is currently the Director for the Center for Organizational Effectiveness. He has 20+ years of executive leadership experience as a senior HR executive and management consultant. He has worked both within organizations as a senior executive leading multi-state HR operations as well as an external consultant providing customized solutions to organizations. Jim has earned three masters’ degrees (MBA, MS-HRM, I/O Psychology) and currently finishing his PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Florida Tech.
