Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 1st by noon. Fee covers both days.
This two day beginning blacksmith workshop will be held at the Museum’s smithy with instructor Michael Murphy, the Museum’s part-time resident blacksmith. This workshop will be for people with little to no blacksmith experience and is limited to six people. Each person will have the opportunity to work with the traditional coal burning forge, as well as the more modern propane-burning forge. Materials will be provided and participants may take their creations with them at the end of the day.
