Power Carve a wooden bowl with Master Carver and Instructor, Maverick Jaillet. We will start with a humble log and sculpt it into a functional, super wooden bowl. Maverick will teach you shop safety, wood selection, carving techniques, as well as sanding and food safe finishing. Be ready to make lots of dust and chips, as you create a beautiful and usable bowl that you will be proud to show off. All wood, tools and personal safety gear (ear and eye protection, gloves, dust masks etc.) will be provided. Please wear shoes that cover your toes and bring a sack lunch. You’ll be amazed by the masterpiece you create!
