Choosing to Participate: The Power of Civic Engagment Exhibit Opening and Reception

Join us for the opening program and reception for Choosing to Participate: The Power of Civic Engagement on August 27, 2013. The Florida Law Related Education Association, our event partner and reception sponsor, will host the opening program Engaged, Not Enraged: Civility, Politics, and Civic Engagement starting at 4:30 p.m. Presenters include Nate Garvis, author of Naked Civics, and Michael Allen, Professor at Stetson University. The reception and exhibit open at 5:30 p.m. These events are free and open to the public, but pre-registration is recommended for Engaged, Not Enraged.
