The Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency (CRTPA) has scheduled two (2) public meetings in the CRTPA region to discuss the CRTPA Draft Fiscal Year 2015 – Fiscal Year 2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP identifies transportation projects (including aviation, bicycle, bridge, pedestrian, public transportation, resurfacing and roadway projects) in the CRTPA region that have received state and federal funding over the next five year period.
The meetings are scheduled to occur in Quincy (Gadsden County Commission Chambers) and Tallahassee (Tallahassee City Hall, Tallahassee Room) on Wednesday, May 28 and Thursday, May 29, 2014, respectively, from 5 to 6 pm. The meetings will provide capital region residents an opportunity to learn about the recently funded transportation projects as well as an opportunity to provide comments on the TIP. The TIP is scheduled to be adopted a the June 16, 2014 CRTPA Board meeting.
