Curator's Tour – 125 Years of Florida Public Health

Inside our exhibit 125 Years of Florida Public Health, guest curator Dr. Porter details his battle to stop Yellow Fever in Jacksonville, Florida in 1888 and how he made Christmas possible by lifting the quarantine for Santa after a young boy expressed his deep concern Santa would not be able to visit. Exhibits manager Lisa Barton will also provide fun facts and key details hidden within the exhibit.
