Employee Engagement: A Shared Responsibility

Join the Big Bend Society for Human Resource Management on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 om 11:30am – 1pm . Dr. Cheri Rainey will present Employee Engagement: A Shared Responsibility at the Capital City Country Club.
Engaged employees and leaders, who use the A.W.A.R.E. Model, create a level playing field and enjoy being high performers. A.W.A.R.E. is an evidence-based model for employee engagement that leads to an organization’s success. The A.W.A.R.E. Model provides the framework, supported by science, which taps into self-motivation and behavioral strengths. Participants will learn the necessary ingredients for self-motivation and tools that can assist leaders to engage employees and employees to engage leaders to create and sustain high performance.
Attendees will hear actual case studies using this model and the benefits employees – as well as leaders – receive, including enhanced loyalty to the organization’s cause, improved connections and working relationships with other employees, increased enjoyment through active participation, as well as increased competence and confidence through high performance.
