Topics include Constructive Discharge, Criminal Background Checks, Social Media, Recent Developments in Employment Law, Public & Private Whistleblower Acts, Non‐Compete Agreements, The Intersection of Workers’ Compensation, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act, and Sexual Harassment.
