On May 21st, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Finnegan’s Wake Irish Pub will be hosting a fundraiser to benefit Southern Scholarship Foundation featuring The Whiskey Bandits.
The Southern Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit, celebrating 60 years of helping students! SSF provides rent-free housing scholarships to deserving students which helps to alleviate the burden and worry for them and their families.
Finnegan’s Wake, along with 5th Avenue Tap Room is going to support this non-profit during a New Belgium Bicycle Give-Away Event on May 21st. With food provided by Paisley Cafe.
The way it works is simple: prior to May 21st, for every New Belgium beer purchased at Finnegan’s Wake and Tap Room starting May 1st through May 21st, right up to 15 minutes before the Bicycle Drawing, one dollar will be donated to Southern Scholarship Foundation. Once a customer makes a New Belgium beer purchase, they are given a ticket, the other half of the same ticket goes into the drawing. Everyone is welcome to purchase New Belgium beer as often as they like during the three weeks and encouraged to do so for a great organization! Also, tickets can be purchased for $1.00 at Finnegan’s and participating sponsors.
New Belgium is donating the Bicycle that will be given away during the drawing. The bicycle is valued at $500!
We would love to have your business help us in this fundraiser by setting up a booth the day of the event. We are asking for a $50 booth fee with 100% of the fee going to Southern Scholarship Foundation. Your logo will be on all posters and social media platforms as a contributing sponsor.
**Drawing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by a representative from Southern Scholarship Foundation and the winner must be present at the drawing to win. We will keep drawing tickets until there is a ticket holder present.
