Prepares the student to work in a printed circuit board (PCB) surface mount production facility and cover the importance of EHS management systems, basic electrical/electronic circuit skills, SMT manufacturing processes, interpreting component designators and package markings, and key elements of SMT manufacturing. Successful progress in this course will award the student IPC Solder and Surface Mount module certification. 48 contact hours.
