Dr. Henry Gunter will present “Use It or Lose It: Disuse Atrophy” during this month’s Savvy Senior Program on Friday, April 5 and Friday, April 19. Dr. Gunter is a Physician at Capital Health Plan’s Urgent Care and the President of the Physician Group of Capital Health Plan.The Savvy Senior will be held at the Capital Health Plan Governor’s Square Health Center, 1491 Governor’s Square Blvd.
