When we think of Health and Wellness, many of us forget that there are seven dimensions to wellness. One of those dimensions, perhaps the MOST important one, is spiritual wellness. Rev. Jean De Barbieris Owen will present an entertaining evening exploring what is spiritual wellness, assessing individual’s spiritual wellness and giving tips on how to increase this important dimension of health and wellness.
