This month, Tallahassee Community College is hosting a pair of events that will be of great interest to both prospective and current students.
On Thursday, October 17, the College will host TCC Preview from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Student Union Ballroom.
TCC Preview targets students interested in attending TCC, including high school students and non-traditional students who are either attending college for the first time or returning to school, as well as those looking for a career change. At TCC Preview, attendees can learn about admissions, orientation and financial aid, as well as programs of study, student services and campus life.
Current TCC students are also encouraged to attend in order to discover resources, programs and opportunities that are currently available.
Reservations are not required.

On Thursday, October 24, TCC’s Office of Financial Aid will host its annual Scholarship Fair from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Fine and Performing Arts Center.
The Scholarship Fair provides current and prospective TCC students with the chance to meet one-on-one with scholarship administrators, who will be available to provide information regarding the College’s many scholarship opportunities.
Information will be provided on the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program and assistance will be provided on how to complete the Free Applications for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Students can submit a scholarship application for the Fall 2014 Semester at TCC at the event or online at www.tcc.fl.edu/scholarships.
Spring 2014 Financial Aid files are due December 1, 2013. The scholarship application deadline for the Fall 2014 semester is February 3, 2014.
