The Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) invites you to be a part of the 2013 Cap Chap Challenge- an Amazing Race style competition that will send teams on a THRILLING QUEST through the Capital City. Teams of two will complete in a series of challenges at local businesses throughout Tallahassee, earning points to win the GRAND PRIZE of $1,000!!!
As teams battle to make their way to the finish line, their progress can be monitored at the Cap Chap Challenge Watch PARTY at the TCC Capitol Center. Here you can enjoy FOOD and DRINKS provided by Andrew’s Catering and LIVE ENTERTAINMENT courtesy of Amplify Entertainment and the Tallahassee Swing Band, while cheering-on your favorite team as their progress is updated through social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
The evening will conclude with an awards ceremony, including the presentation of the Communicator of the Year award. Challenges are designed to test creativity, mental acuteness and general knowledge of Tallahassee. Teams may travel by car to designated locations. A portion of the proceeds will go towards student scholarships and professional development programs.
