The spirited social focuses on carefully selected Goose Island Vintage beverages with names as unique as their flavors. Sophie is aged in Chardonnay barrels and fresh orange peel and is a tart, dry ale with citrus flavors and a creamy vanilla finish. Matilda is a golden-sunrise colored ale with a fruitier aroma and a dry body. Pepe Nero is brewed with black peppercorns and has an aroma of roasted chestnuts and a black pepper finish. Last but not least, Pere Jacques is a molasses colored ale with dark fruit aromas and rich caramel malt flavors.
