Want to get healthy and have fun at the same time? At the TMH FOR LIFE Challenge the medical and fitness professionals from Tallahassee Memorial and Premier Health & Fitness Center along with others will be on hand to provide health and wellness information to help you with your health goals.
When: Saturday, October 24, 2015
Where: Canopy Oaks Elementary School – 3250 Point View Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32303
Time: The Wellness Fair will take place from 8-10:30 a.m and is FREE for all ages. On-site registration for the 1 mile fun walk and 5K run start at 8 a.m. Warm up begins at 8:45 a.m. Followed by the 5K at 9 a.m. and the 1 mile walk at 9:15 a.m.
Who: Adults and children of all ages
Cost: The 1 mile fun walk is FREE and the 5K is $10 (for anyone over the age of 18)
