In this session, Chastain will review eight no-cost tactics to ensure employees will choose to stay with their current employer based on employee loyalty. Following the session, attendees will examine the culture of their workplace to determine the level of employee loyalty and take steps to either improve it or sustain it.
As a human resources consultant, Chastain specializes in talent development, employee relations, internal investigations, employment law compliance, and affirmative action plans. Chastain holds a Business Administration degree from Emmanuel College; was awarded Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation by the Human Resources Certification Institute and holds an Advanced Certificate in Internal Investigations.
